Pros & Cons
+ High AOE damage.
+ High Burst Damage.
+ CD efficient abilities
Cons :
- Needs items to do constant DMG
- Not a great EARLY game farmer

Runes
Main rune set
Greater Mark of Insight I take MagicPenteration Runes becaus for much DMG and early dmg when they not much Magic resist.
Greater Seal of Force I take Ability Power at LvL 18 becaus for Rabadons Deathcap in lategame. |

Exhaust I take Exhaust becaus for Katarina's Ultimateor and early under Level 6 Kills.
Ignite I take Ignite becaus when the Enemie escape with low life and i have him inflamed so he is dead! :D |

Flash Flash is also a good choice for Katarina but i dont needed becaus KatarinA's E Skill!
Ghost Ghost is good but i dont need ed for katarina becaus 403 MoventSpeed 2 Boot's + Masterie. :D |
