By using this guide i have become unstoppable and pretty much destroyed top lane and ending up carrying my team.

What a great start to a guide! I would recommend chopping down on the alternative builds at the top, because it looks quite a bit blocky. You also don't actually have a full final build, so many people can become confused about what you're trying to say. I would break up the POs into categories such as, "Spawn", "Early Game", "Defensive Items", "Offensive Items" and "Full Build". This will make it clearer to the reader exactly what type of build your guide explains.

I think you should spend some more time explaining her abilities and what they do. I was left sort of confused by your explanation of her ult :)
