If you are doing a simple full clear, than start red buff with a leash.
If there is no leash, you can start raptors and then go to krugs.
If you are looking to gank early, you can start wolves, but then go to your red side and do the red side.
You can also start Blue Buff, but if you do, you want to upgrade W at level 2 instead of E
