I tend to go with Ionian Boots of Lucidity Because I love CDR on Kennen. IT IS AMAZING!!! Plus the Hextech Gunblade is good because I prefer to play Kennen as a Hybrid. What's the point of always getting all the aces if you can push hard enough because you're straight up AP and can't use abilities on turrets am I right or what? Anyways the Malady should be ovious I play Kennen as a Hybrid and it is great to be auto-attacking and reducing their defences at the same time. Abbysal Sceptre is good for this too. That's why I get them both, and if you should be able to get to Rabadon's Deathcap about half-way through the game please re-read through my guide and maybe comment on how OP you're Kennen Build is or just how bad you're doing because by time I go to purchase the Needlessly Large Rod the game is usually just wrapping up. But anyways to the Summoner Skills. I prefer to take Ignite for those early kills. Like who doesn't like alot of kills right? I take flash because Kennen's Lightning Ball can already be used as a Ghost. So flash can get you those wall jumps to confuse you're enemies, or annoy. Now people usually tend to disagree with my runes and masteries, but trust me they are just great. you barely need any AP items because the runes do that for you.
