The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Masteries
the set up should explain everything just use ur abilities as fast as u can when a enemy is a a plain straight line and use elec surge alot it will keep then at bay and u will also get the kills with the range of the shuriken and electrical surge and if they are almost dead then chase then and finsish with lightning rush and if u have elec surge then use it before they get away
