Well this is my first guide so please dont hate on it too much and i dont really know what im doing so please bear with me.My rune choices consist of Greater Seal of Vitality, Greater Quintessence of Potency, Greater Mark of Force, and Greater Glyph of Force. I chose there because the seals of vitality give you a little boost of non squishy ness, the Quintessence of Potency Gives you some bonus AP along with the other runes. Honestly i didint know really what to put in for my masterys i just kinda threw them together for what i thought would help kennen in the game. For the items i grabbed dorans shield right away because again it helps him not be as squishy, the rest of the items are just kinda things that go good like Rabbadons and others. uhm well i need to fill some space but im not gonna spam but well, Kennen is HUGE and i mean HUGE in team fights his mass stun will cripple the enemy team bad all you gotta do is lightning rush try and hit everyone then ulti and surge them and its a big stun and can win you alot of team fights/ 1v1s. The biggest thing about kennen is to harrass bad, this is very easy with your shuriken just throw it whenever he uses energy so its not a big problem to spam it.
