What does the hextech revolver build into? Keep in mind spell vamp doesn't work on W.
Meditation is better than Expanded Mind (masteries) because Expanded Mind only works off base mana so it gives you virtually nothing.
Malady, Sorc Shoes, and Void Staff is overkill for mpen. Just get Malady + Sorc Shoes or Sorc shoes + Void Staff.
Keep in mind to get your Tear of the Goddess early to charge it up + for the mana. I would try getting a Rod of Ages instead of Malady to compliment your AA staff more. You don't need 2 AA's staves, but since you have 7 items right now I am going to assume that was a mistake to put 2 on.
