Summoner Spells

For summoner Spells i chose heal and flash. Heal because it is very good for staying in lane and also kog'maw is not very tanky. Flash because it is good with kogs range, if you just cant get a shot you can flash and ult or something. Another Summoner Spell you could grab is ignight instead of heal but i don't find this as useful.

Runes

The rune chose I have done is basically to get the most damage out and also to add another percent to Bio-Arcane Barrage witch is very handy against tanks.
