but i prefer:

dorans blade
zerk greaves
bloodrazor
bloodthirster
phantom
inf edge
phantom (sell dorans)
phantom (sell boots)

You should read JhoiJhoi's guide about making guides, to learn more on how you could make it look less like a wall of text.

Have you thought about frozen mallet? As far as fervor goes, I would only recommend starks on kog if someone else has one built on your team for that double aura.

This is a good guide for being your first one. If I may offer a suggestion, with the way Kog is played you really wouldn't need to get that much lifesteal. I would replace starks with a wit's end for some MR. I would also recommend getting zeal before finishing madred's bloodrazor and possibly replace the second bloodthirster with a defensive item. You should also think about putting in a section for situational items as well. I will definitely give this build a try the next time I get on.
