Ok so I was playing around again with Noc, havn't touched him in a while, been working with Xin mostly, and was getting geared for a Ranked match and Xin was Banned. So keeping with the same build as Xin I took to Noc in lane. And I have to say wow. I mean I got good with Noc before his nerf, but omg he is so strong now with this build.

Even though his ult's range has been killed, your still destroying most champs with ease. So since I obliterated that team I tried it again, and again, and it never failed me. So this is the standard build for Laning and Jungling with Nocturne. There are plenty of different items that are situational but these are what I have found best on him overall.

Longer games require an IE over TBC but only makes a difference late in the game, and you can nix the Lantern for a BT, for more lifesteal, but I like to do some Anti-Jungle so the free wards are more for my liking.

Also with the Jungling build, you can Drop a few Armor Pen Marks for Attack Speed, with masteries you only need 20 Armor Pen to deal True Damage to the minions seeing as the most is 26 armor for the jungle creeps.
