Try for fb if haven't been taken at level 4 by using sigil of silence ethereal chains and distortion if they trying to run away use another sigil of silence..... leave the heal at late as possible of your hp so you have inflicted as much damage as you can :]

As you have these items your well based on mana and hp which gives you high survivabilty and removing 50% of that squishyness title of hers...

Most people go for sigil of silence and using ulti as the improved sigil thats a good idea for "cleaning" up mid , but id rather use sigil, ethreal chains, Mimiced ethreal chains after like 1.5 seconds, distortion right on them for impact , sigil and hes probably bowing down to you on his death ^^

As the ulti at level 1 has 35 (rounded cooldown) it is easy to escape by distortion and mimiced distortion.... therefor for better hunting exhaust is far better and heal to escape with reall low hp just to be on the safe side is way good in my opinion :] 35sec cooldown with cooldown runes ;)
