Spell Vamp & Lich Bane are both useless. The rest is all right.

I don't really think "wall of text, didn't read" is a viable excuse to criticize the guide, if your not gonna bother reading it don't bother commenting on it. I've been playing LB for a while and I have pretty good experience with her. The way you described her spells, as well as the way you described main combinations of her spells was well done. However, I agree with Indeed 545's view on mejais, as I feel that LB is the easiest champ to snowball with, and it should really be gotten every game. It makes you able to kill easier and easier after every kill, which shouldn't really be passed up for anything. I've never really used lich bane or spell vamp on LB, as it's not really necessary. If your Q+R+W combo doesnt kill them outright, somethings wrong xD. That's just my thoughts on LB. all in all great guide, I hope you keep improving it because it has a lot of potential.

Walls of text :/ Really boring to read, as Indeed545 said, check out Jhojhoi guide, you will learn quite alot. Why Will of the Ancients? And WTF Lich Bane? Lb is a burst mage u blink > Burst combo them in 1 sec > blink back. No time for AA.

^ Mejai's Soulstealer is a situational item on LeBlanc. If the enemy team has a half decent brain, you will not be able to stack mejais at all as LeBlanc or at least to the amount where it becomes worth it.

as for the guide. I would personally go for Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power over Greater Glyph of Ability Power. Your true harassment and burst combo doesn't really happen until you get Mimic at level 6. At this stage, Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power provides more ap than Greater Glyph of Ability Power.

I would reccomend you an early Mejai's Soulstealer since you will probaby get lot's of

Hellow, I haven't really read anything yet - mainly because this is a huge chunk of unformatted text. If you want people to read it this has to look more appealing.
I agree with your runes and masteries (although, maybe manareg/lvl instead of flat, but that's just my personal preference).
I don't understand why you include Will of the Ancients in your items:
LB, especially the way you build her (0% cdr), is a pure burst mage, meaning in the end she doesn't do enough consistent damage to really benefit from SpellVamp.
