Welcome to my first LeBlanc guide! It's a constant work-in-progress, as I'm continuing to test different starter items. I merely created this guide as a starting point for my thoughts, as they were starting to become jumbled up in my head.

Nuke: Q - R - W - E

Harass: W - Q - W, Q - W - W

Slow: (W) E - R, then Nuke if CDR is high enough.

Extended Damage: Repeated Nuke, or any combination that flows together, such as (Q - E - Q...)

Still in testing, deciding if Morello's Evil Tome is a worthwhile starter item for the AP and Mana Regen. If not, then Mejai's Soulstealer might be more beneficial if you're able to get kills. However, I lean more towards items with static AP, rather than snowball items. To me they seem like a large early-game risk, and has a chance of hurting you in the long run.
