As you can see this is a quite tanky build for a jungle Lee Sinn with enough resistances. If you take Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike at Lv 2 after the Safe Guard / Iron Will at Lv 1 you could land a nice and unexpeced Lv 2 gank on the enemy solo top laner and really set your teammate ahead,Tempest / Cripple could be even better for a gank as a Lv 1 ability but it would be quite harder to defeat the Elder Lizard wich you deffinetly need for ganking. But the Lizard buff gives a slow anyways so I see no reason for you to start with Tempest / Cripple .
