OK, I just created an Ashe build and I've seen the votes on your build. I don't want to vote down because I don't want to make you feel bad about your build. I don't say this build is bad and I've seen all the troll comments on your build. The only thing I have to tell you is to look at the other builds and decide for yourself.

I'm sorry but while your ult does outstanding damage... your screwed while it's on cooldown... not voting yes or no.

The only remotely good part of AP Ashe is CDR for more ults and lich bane's passive with volley spam. Overall, it's pure idiocy and could only be done while smurfing. I'm not voting it down, but only because I think this is the right build to use if madness has taken you and you go AP Ashe.
