This is quite an easy build. Mostly based on health and balanced magic resist and armor.
After you have gotten your Frozen Mallet you should see what the other team is most based on. Magic damage OR attack damage. If it's magic damage you go for Force of Nature, and if it's attack damage you go Thornmail. You should now sell your Philosopher's Stone. Then you buy Thornmail/Force of Nature, because mana wont be a problem. If you should go so far in-game that you have all the items you should try to get the "Baron buff" with your team or get the Blue golem buff.
