Introduction
AP Mordekaiser is way to OP, so that's why I made this guide.
I made this guide with a friend of mine so cheers to him aswell:)

Runes
Armor Flat as Yellow-More tanky at start
AP Per Level as Blue-gives you way more then Flat
AP Flat as Quin-gives you a good AP start
What can work aswell:
Blue AP flat
Yellow Attack speed
Quin Health
Items
If you are not going good, just don't buy it then.
You could buy Abyssal Scepter aswell- gives you MR and AP, and reduce the MR of the enemy.
Skill Sequence
Then max your Q- good dmg on single target
Then max your W- it gives you Armor and MR, so don't max that first
Farming
