Hey... I'm kinda new to making guides so please don't flame me if you don't like the guide. I am just trying to put in my input on a build I find very successful mid. Lulu is generalized as a support because of the concept of her skills being helpful to other champions, however her passive can work both ways. She is capable of being strong counter to many mid's due to her spell whimsy. Therefore, I decided to make a guide on a Mid Lulu.

For rune I chose a set of defensive rune.

9 Greater Marks of Insight
9 Greater Seals of Alacrity
9 Greater Glyphs of Warding
3 Greater Quintessence of Fortitude


The reasoning is, Magic pen marks are to make up for the lack of magic pen in masteries and seals of Alacrity help you harass better with your passive. The glyph of warding is for just any early harasses from champions (Ie. Karthus, Cass, etc...) The Quints are just because I feel health on every champion is necessary due to the fact if you a champion who can deal alot of dmg at lvl 1, that extra bit of HP can save your life.

My masteries are 0/9/21 for the fact that I'm able to harass continuously with glitterlance and and still have enough MP in case someone does try to gank to escape. The extra defence is just because Lulu is extremely squishy and cannot tank for a minute (without her ult, but still... why tank with Lulu?)

Okay...I'll admit, it's a wierd build for mid, but due to its power to dominate early and mid game, I find it very powerful. I start with boots and 3 health pots, and move into a couple Doran Rings. I than beginning buying items for malady (Very useful early and mid game). After that grabbing a wit's end for Magic resist will make you stronger mid game. Here i decide, if they being buying more health items, I move into Madred's blood razor first, if not, i continue to go for a stinger than a nashor's tooth. The last item is a phantom to cap off your atk speed. If the game still hasn't ended (I doubt that will ever happen, but it if does...) sell your boots and grab a gaurdian's angel (You're still too squishy).

I max out Help, Pix first because it is a really strong harass combined with your glitterlance. The basic harass sequence is if they come close enough use Help pix, than shoot a glitterlance (Pix will be on them so it's very easy to hit the glitter lance). If you are fighting someone who out ranges you (Ie. Cass, Karthus...) Simply use ur glitterlance first, because of its range, than move forward and use help pix.

Doesn't matter what summoners you use. I prefer Teleport just in case I end up getting harassed too much, I'm still able to keep my lane together. Flash is just my universal summoner spell for mid (Because their squishy...also helpful to cast your ult on the person initiating the fight...)
