This is almost exactly what I use myself, I changed it up a bit because the Archangel's Staff and the Rod of ages work good together. This is a good build and with this champions ability's you don't have to worry about being too weak with little health, The rod gives some plus her ult and shield. Just play her as you would play Ashe and kite them backwards as you attack.
