Improved is worthless and you will need clarity up to mid-late game, TotG doesn't improve your mana problems much until at least mid game, if not later. Please don't comment unless you've actually played my build, or at least played Lux.

You grab Clarity, yet, you don't get improved. Also, you build a tear of the goddess, making the clarity useless since eotg virtually gives you limitless mana.
