Well the reason i get nashor's tooth is due to the 25% cd reduction which makes me able to clean entire creepwaves every 24 seccond with my ultimate..

And Clarity is kind of needed when spamming so much, imo. But I guess you could go for a tear of the goddes a bit earlier and then pick up claivoriance, and keep it over the golems, for you to try to steal.

Other summonerspells i dunno about that.. Havn't really tried that many other on her yet, but ill think about it.

Not a bad build, i would only change nashor's tooth(i know your build is called spam your laser xD) and get a mejai's but that depends, some people dont really like mejai's, dont really think lux needs clarity and oh well, i think you should add a bit more info on your description like what other spells can you get if you don't like those two.
