okay to start off, the reason i got boots of swiftness, is because fiddle needs to be somewhat fast. but the boots to choose are up to you. The time i used that instead of mag pen i loved it i got away from most chases and i still did great damage. Archangels is not applied and neither is my rabadon's which should each give u a good amount of AP. probably more like 700 is right amount. hourglass i got for if u ult the press that nothing can touch you for that 2 seconds and u do extreme damage. abyssal scepter was for the mag pen and AP along with a little mag res. ralia's was for slow and health. my runes are full defense with a little bit of mag pen. since i don't have much in this. defense for survivability u don't need AP in such a small amount so early unless your Vlad. my summoner spells are for survivability both can be used to get kills or to run and not get killed.well i hope u all like this build and it goes big.
