Goal of this Guide
This is all about trying something new with Kog'Maw. Currently he is one of the worst, if not the worst ADC's in the game. However, most people keep trying the same things with Kog hoping it will magically work. This is a new build and rune setup that I believe can help strengthen many of Kog'Maw's weaknesses.
