You don't care about your guide since you don't respond to me

Maybe you should try to remove the wall of text to add images, list and so on :) just a friendly tip, feel free to look at my guides :)

First: Masteries are really wierd you're trading alot of damage for becomming tanky + you wont need 28 in defense and want a fast clear time.
Second: Items, you should prob start with regrowth even tho armor does increase your damage you want that early philo stone to keep up your mana (remember you only can have first blue if you mid needs ;) ) And you should include some health in your build since you want some survival and thornmail is often overkill except they got really fed ad carry or a high attack speed + damage dude like a yi or trynd + you will need some magic resist to tank the casters i know it will all offer some damage due to how malph is build but if you only are able to tank ad's and do a bit amount of damage you wont be worth much :)
