What's with the crit chance marks and quintessences.
Why in the world would you take Ninja Tabi? You need Sorceror's Shoes to hit your spells harder as you have no magic penetration in this build whatsoever.
And you get CoTV at lvl 11? what happened to harassment?
This build doesn't focus Malzahar on anywhere.
140 AD won't do much, neither will 180 AP. And whats the purpose who boosting health and mana when you can't deal any damage! Malzahar was made to be a caster.
