not too bad but you don't have a escape. Clearity could be flash, because there is not much you can do after burst damage.
Could use different red, and yellow runes
red - magic pen
yellow - mp5
also you have no purple runes...
purple - AP per level
the items over all seem ok.
just a suggestion for a Offense Maokai.
