This is my second Evelynn guide. This guide is of course for dominion, hence the name.

The runes that i take maximize your capturing abilities and at the same time give you just enough capability to do damage and kill or escape.

The reason i take 0/9/21 is to maximize Evylnn's capturing abilities by giving her a boost in her base speed and taking a point in both flash and ghost.

You take boots of mobility first because those are the fastest boots. Then you take pricilla's for the active that makes you faster but also because it give you a 15% capturing rate increase. Next I take frozen mallet for the health so you can stay on the field longer but mainly for the slow. After that I get the force of nature so my health will regenerate and also for the movement speed. And then if the game actually lasts longer than that you can always buy shurelya's reverie for the movement speed active and health regen. Finally, if the game lasts to your sixth item you want to buy a phantom dancer for the attack speed but mainly for the 15% movement increase.

When you first enter the game you want to take 2 points in hate spike and one point in your invisabilty. You want to maximize hate spike before ravage because if you think about it ravage does more damage yes but hate spike does more damage over time with its low cooldown. Also if you use ravage behind someone you will lower their armor and magic resistance, so I like to think of it as just an opener.

I take ghost and flash for simple reasons. They both can be used for offence or defence and they maximize your agility.

When playing Dominion you always want to go very top. The best set-up is 3 top 1 mid 1 bottom. You always want to go top because your one of the faster champions in dominion especially with your boots. The main objective is to look for undefended turrets and capture them. You will capture them exceptionally fast especially with pricilla's. Eve is very strong early and fairly strong late with the rune setup above.
