Also for me personally I always get Locket of the Iron Solari, and consider it a must-buy item because your ult takes 2.5 seconds to activate and your squishies can often be deleted well before that it kicks in. Then Ruby Sightstone to reduce the cooldowns on those items.
So for me my general buy order is Redemption > Boots (Merc or Tabi) > Locket of the Iron Solari > Ruby Sightstone > whatever is needed.
