Meditate should be maxed last, the heal is decent enough at low levels, and the ap ratio stays the same. You don't need that extra resistance either since you'll be barely receiving damage as compared to late game. However, Wuju Style stays with the same damage, so it is better to get before meditate. At lower levels, Wuju Style does insane damage and will help you destroy towers. Also, Master Yi should use Alpha Strike only if he has up to half mana in case something bad happens, he can use his skills to save him.

I wouldn't like to look like i'm trolling, but I don't personally like your build for two main reasons first, maxing wuju style at the end reduces an awful lot the damage you could be doing and, though meditate is a useful spell, i wouldn't max it first and your mastery's choice is not quite appropriate. Bare in mind that master yi is played as an extremely aggressive damage dealing champion and he is often also played as a carry. I think that you should try to focus on some big damage. One good thing, and it is why I think your build is not that bad, is your really good mana regeneration that is needed to play master yi and that, i think, can help a lot during a long team fight when it's combined with the blue buff

Hello naLk, nice build.

I dont get why you would waste your money in late game to get Force of Nature or Thormail at the end, the Meditate is more than enough unless your against someone with Ignite. Zhonyas Hourglass would be a way better choice since it can make your Ignite problem to go away, if they pop ignite and you have problems you just pop Zhonyas and your Alpha Strike hita A LOT more with Zhonyas.

Yea i can see what you mean i think ill try with Zhonyas Hourglass instead of Thornmail or Force of Nature but thanks for comment.
