Looks good, standard summoner spells masteries and runes which are all fine. Meditate is only good at level 5 because of the super armor status, so maxing that last is also pretty normal. You have highlander level 3 at level 18 instead of 16 (just a nitpick). The items are good, rushing an inf edge can really be trouble if you arent doing well early game. Its a lot of very expensive items in a short time, which is hard. 2 Phantom Dancers isn't terribly amazing, it makes that crit chance never fail but at the same time trading one for survivability/something else helps a ton. Solid guide, especially for beginners.
