Spells:
Ghost is unessasary since you have diminishing returns on MS. So when you pop R and use ghost that most ppl think and do your MS will not increase that much. Way better is Exhaust. Double the fun since you will have MS increase via ulti and he will be slowed (and have MR/AR reduced if mastered).
Also exhaust can save your life since you have 0 defensive items. It might be good at lower lvls but you will have to build some defense in lategame or else you will be dead within 1s stun. Yes you have Clense but still you will be dead before you will run away.

Runes.
CrD runes are fun, but it is proven (by maths) that ArP Marks are superior to CrD even with 100% CrC.

Masteries.
if you dont go for dodge runes or tabi, you shouldnt take 21/9/0. My suggestion would be 21/0/9 or 20/0/10.

Items.
2xPD is a nice idea but you loose the lifesteal ability and ArP from Stark. Also Stark isnt that selfish item. I would still prefer going for Stark+PD as AS items.
I hate Yoyo on Yi. Especialy if you plan to take it that late.
