Hi, Im an Ezreal main in high plat. Since the preseason changes and Ezreals popularity I havent been able to test my build but I went tear into gunblade, I wonder if electrocution and dom/sorc would be a viable build

I would ditch the Tear for Morello's, personally. Sure, you'll get more AP from Seraph's in a late game build, but Morello has a way better build path, and CDR is so important for Ezreal. Lost Chapter is just so much better in lane than Tear. If you go Seraph's, you lose a lot of pressure in lane and delay his midgame power spike pretty significantly. I would also avoid Mejai's unless you're really snowballing hard. Something like a Gunblade or a Nashor's are gonna give way more reliable stats, and arguably just as much damage as a Mejai's that isn't at full stacks 100% of the time. My preferred build is:
Lost Chapter -> Boots 1 -> Sheen -> Revolver (optional) -> finish Lich Bane -> Sorc Shoes / Ionian Boots -> finish Morello (core build finished) -> Gunblade / Void Staff / Deathcap, in whatever order is best. For late game, you can switch boots for Luden's, and you can switch Morello for Nashor's.
