Wukong is a very tricky champ so, against a solo top u must handle preety well situations of ganks and 1 vs 1, one of the best tactiques is to engage with E', hit with Q' and then decoy back to your minions, that way , you deal tons of damage(like phreak xD) and gets the enemy in low hp before he can say "stupid monkey".
On ganks, u must not waste decoy (W') fast, you have to realize that it has a lot of cooldown and it a very short stealth, ok, you get ganked and before they know it, you are already at your turret. try to get into the bushes so you can decoy from there. One of the most diffucult moves is to hold H, that keeps wukong still, so they think you decoyed and begin to run all over the place... when they realise, you must decoy right away as they are about to get you...
Now we're talking about the ult, summoners doesn't know or doesn't pay attention to the damage this ability deals, it lasts i think 4 seconds, but with all the amount of armor penetration of this build you can tear them up in half a sacend.
Now, How to use your R'?? well, it's a very important ability for team-fight and combinet with your stealth you can make it a deadly weapon.

In case of topping against 2 players, you start with the decoy ability, so they waste skills on your decoy, but you have to be very quick to know what they are going to do.... you must avoid bushes on 1 vs 2 tops, and ward, you always need to ward

You can add, another summoner spells, if you are more a ghost guys, this build fits perfectly with it, and if you prefer exhaust than ignite, i'd recommend it for the 1vs1 battle against champions like darius or lee sin
