Hi guys, this is my first build I've made so far. I hope that you're going to like it. Just for information, I play with Miss Fortune since I bought her so I love to play with her very much.

I will explain every rune for itself:

Greater Mark of Desolation --> MF is very low in defence, so I take this rune to add some armor penetration so she can survive a little more.

Greater Seal of Clarity --> Just as you all know, MF really needs a lot of mana for her skills and this rune will give her some faster regenration of MP.

Greater Glyph of Alacrity --> We all know that she is an ranged DPS champion, so she needs some attack speed.

Greater Quintessence of Focus --> MF skills can do a lot of damage to her enemies, so this rune will give you possibility to "spam" her skills.

I take ghost and flash for my summoner spells. Both of these spells are good to escape from other champions because of her low defence. But, you can also use them to kill some champions when then try to escape, and with frozen mallet (that is in my build too) you will do it easyer :D

I take double up first because that is a great skill that can get some serious damage to enemies and I maximize that skill first. On 2 lvl you take impure shots because this will give you power to kill minions faster and I maximize that skill second. Always use IS when you're taking down a turret (it's gonna be faster and easyer). On 3rd level I take make it rain. It's an fantastic skill (it's AOE and slows enemies), but it's bad side is that he takes a lot of mana. MF's ultimate, bullet time, upgrade it whenever you can.

This is the most important part of every guide. For start, grab boots of speed and 3 health potions. With boots of speed you will get some extra movement speed (and with combination with her passive, strut) you can fast come to your lane and for example hide in the brush. Health potions are here cuz' of her low defence, and with this potions you can stay longer on your lane. Next item are Berseker's Greaves, they will give you 25% attack speed abd some faster movement. Then I grab Phantom Dancer. This is one of the best items on game. Some players would say that I need a lot of time to collect 2845 gold to buy it, but you need to have a last hit on minions and you will collect for him very fast, trust me. With Phantom Dancer+Impure Shots you will get massive attack speed and damage. Now you need some lifesteal. For that I buy The Bloodthirster. When you will have this items you will already be feeded someway :D . Next item to buy is The Black Clever, this item will give you some attack damage and attack speed, and his passive is awesome:Physical attacks reduce your target's armor by 15 for 5 seconds. They I grab Frozen Mallet. This item is good when your enemies try to escape and you hit them and they are slowed. Frozen Mallet+summoner spells, nobody can't escape you :D. For the end i take Infinity Edge or Last Whisper. You can choose.
