You shouldn't delay PD so much.
I believe you should take one level of your E, I'm not convinced by your explanation.
Late game you should consider changing your boots for merc's.
btw, mana glyphs? really?
Mana glyph is stuiped with AD carry.
And u dont point your e until lvl 13? Its very stuiped...
The only champ I do it with him its Skarner (e is useless).
and maybe ap Tristana's q... But only this specific situation.

How can you call that build good?Phantom dancer is CORE on MF,there's no way you build it as a final item,either you grab it before infinity edge or after,frozen mallet is dumb,Guardian angel OR quicksilver sash are a MUST HAVE as a final item.
Also,I find the skillbuild to be really dumb,YES,YOU DO NEED ONE LEVEL ON MAKE IT RAIN FOR ESCAPING/REVEAL.
I found this build hard to read myself, add some more enters, really, this looks like one big piece of nothing. Add also some icons. And enters. A LOT of enters.

Lol very fun man! You have a great start here. However I do think this guide could use some work, specifically in the area of coding. Look at some of the top MF guides. They look a lot... cleaner I guess. Add some more icons, pictures, videos, and organize this a bit more.
