LW and FM should bot be core items.
You shouldn't delay PD so much.
I believe you should take one level of your E, I'm not convinced by your explanation.
Late game you should consider changing your boots for merc's.

Im sorry, but LF is not in the core build so as FM.
Mana glyph is stuiped with AD carry.
And u dont point your e until lvl 13? Its very stuiped...
The only champ I do it with him its Skarner (e is useless).
and maybe ap Tristana's q... But only this specific situation.

Skilling MF's make it rain only on level 14 is dumb,building frozen mallet is dumb,building phantom dancer as a last item is also dumb,attack speed seals are dumb,mana glyphs are dumb.

How can you call that build good?Phantom dancer is CORE on MF,there's no way you build it as a final item,either you grab it before infinity edge or after,frozen mallet is dumb,Guardian angel OR quicksilver sash are a MUST HAVE as a final item.
Also,I find the skillbuild to be really dumb,YES,YOU DO NEED ONE LEVEL ON MAKE IT RAIN FOR ESCAPING/REVEAL.
