Trinity force would be nice, but this is more of a tankyish build with damage later on. The force of nature and sunfire help keep you alive while doing % damage in teamfights. You could possibly get phage along with sheen but i think tankyness is a little more needed. Thanks for the suggestion though i might try out building phage or even zeal.

Nice build, but you lack damage early on. Perhaps get trinity first?
Just a suggestion though, as I do think that nasus can do amazing damage.
