Personally, I would go for 9/21/0 masteries, but I guess that could be up to preference. I'm still relatively new to Wukong and I've been looking through all the guides and playing Wukong alot. Seeing this build has seems completely correct as I play him. He has horrible sustain, but he can really burst down people. I think this is the correct mindset when trying to be a successful Wukong player. I have yet to try out rushing philosphers as opposed to wriggles, but I'll compare the results after. Overall excellent guide. I would include last whisper as a situational item as it synergizes better with Wukong's Q than Black cleaver due to the fact that crushing blow takes off a percentage.
