Solid Item choices though I usually go for Atma's for the added armor instead of blood thirster. I do however disagree with the Doran's. I really dont think the added health is needed due to his shield so I would say go with the bead to start off your spirit visage and health potions but thats just me.
Im giving you a plus anyway with the assumption that you will fix the objective issues and maybe the subjective ones.

About the doran's shield your right the 15 hp regrowth pendant is better i changed it. As for blood thirster instead of Atma's thats a matter of choice too and i guess they are both viable.
