Pros / Cons

Pros:
+Great farmer and pusher
+Great harasser
+Can carry
+Naturally tanky because of his passive ability Iron Man
+Good ganker even early on because of his movement speed (with this build)
+Can turn tides with his ultimate, from 5v5 to 6v4
+When fed, can go 1v5 and kill atleast 3 enemies

Cons:
-Not as tanky as Main tanks ( Rammus , Amumu , Alistar etc.)
-His abilities cost HP
-No CC (That's why we're getting Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Frozen Mallet )
-No escape mechanism

Runes

Greater Mark of Insight x9 Obvious choice, contributes to your damage and early game harassment.

Greater Seal of Resilience x9 More arrmor in early game

Greater Glyph of Force give you more ability power when lvl up and great work in late game

Greater Quintessence of Potency give you Ability power in early game it is great

Summoner Spells

Ignite This summoner spell is a must for Morde, it's Children of the Grave 's younger brother. It helps you deny HP pots,regen, heals that could reduce your ultimate effectiveness. Always try to cast your Ignite first and then Children of the Grave .

Ghost Top pick, helps you even further with the chasing,running and ganking.
