voted down because:

-Spirit Visage? Why? this CDR is the only good thing on that. you dont need that regen stats.
- Overall 85 Magic resistance, NO!
- Sunfire Cape? NO!
- Two Sunfire Capes, No NO!

Randuins Omen is a good item! But you dont got a slow item nor movementspeed. how do you get the enemies? :P

Cheers Rawbbeh, i'd like to address some points:

Firstly the masteries; I used to play 9/0/21... but alot of the talents in all the mastery trees are wasted on morde, especially ultility. Only thing you need from utility is CDR, Exp and hp regen... since using my masteries like this (abit of everything) i've yet to lose a game.

Levithian: I added leviathen after reading another Morde build on here that used it and tbh it's great but i'll only take it if i'm not the feed player(which mostly I am), if i'm the feed player. I take ryjals scepter instead.

You have the makings of a good CDR build. I take it the one you mentioned at the top of your post was in reference to mine?

I'm not sure about your masteries. Seems a little too spread out to be honest. The points in defense with the dodge/movement speed are rather useless. I take them in my build only because they are the "better bad" choice to progress down the tree for the 21 point spec.

The 10 ap you get from the ignite talent isn't really that worth while, hence why I dont take it. I can see why you took it though since there isnt much else to put one point into.

Item choice is looking ok. Leviathan is nice, but its one of those things that is only REALLY nice when you decide that you will play the entire game without dying. Hehe.

The important thing is that you realize how vital CDR is on Morde. Without it, his DPS suffers greatly, AND his survivability is severely shortened. It really makes that much of a difference on him!
