Maxing binding first....
How is this build so high up
If you haven't noticed, most of the people can't use that ball properly, and over half of its damage comes from the pancake. Besides, Morgana's last-hitting capabilities are close to 0 without the pancake.
Also, why archive this? It still works well. (just drop zhonya's ring and take rabadon/zhonya instead)

1: for runes why use force not potency?
2: again runes for mark why don't use insight?
