1. I tend to find if I kill the minions with soil too fast the enemy just hugs the turret..Bind = Dead Opponent = Easy Last Hits.
And I see your point on the Soulstealer, but The earlier you get RoA the more beneficial it is. Early Game 20 AP can make a difference, late game not so much.

Not finsihed yet (IF you think it is, think again), alot of boring text. Why max Q first? I usually get 3 points in W before i max Q, as the three points give me nice farming potential. Why mejais? Great for ROflstomping, but really, this was ranked guide? I know it's low ELO - Normal, but really gettin' Mejai just SCREAMS "FOCUS ME". ANd far too late, RoA takes time to build. If you get mejais GET IT EARLIER.

Sorry if this seems rude, but really, you have a lot you should think about.
