Amplifying Tome And Mana Potion.Because you dont buy Doran's Ring you dont have so much mana regen, so mana potion help you in mana.
Now The True items:
Boots Of Speed and Hextech Revolver now.Boots of Speed help you running (To Kill Or To Escape).
Hextech Revolver is good to Morgana because she have a passive of spell vamp.
Sorcerer's Shoes and Rabadon's Deathcap now.Sorcerer's Shoes is made by the Boots of Speed more you need more movement and magic penetration.Rabadon's Deathcap is good to Morgana he help so much in ability power, you need he to kill quickly or hit more in Dark Binding, Tormented Soil or Soul Shackles.
Rod Of Ages and Will Of The Ancients now.Rod Ofou in mana and increase a small part of ability power, Rod Of Ages unique passive is good because when you level up your mana return, Will Of The Ancients is good to Morgana because he have so much spell vamp and help in Morgana passive too so you use to heal yourself with your skills that you use so much in the game.
Finally Mejai's Soulstealer.This item help you so much in the game and when is stacked give to you so much ability power, when you have he with 20x stacks you dominate the map.

How ever Morgana no made first blood (or made).
If Morgana have Tormented Soil of first skill she kill non-neutral minions quickly.
Killing non-neutral minions is good to she.
Dark Binding its very good to Morgana kill an enemie, so after you snare one enemie you need use Tormented Soil under he.
Dark Shield is better to Morgana when the enemie team have so much mages.Use when you are dying.

The runes is to made first blood ever.Magic Penetration is to kill more easy.Ability Power ever you use in mages.Mana is what you need with Morgana she cast so much skills and this skills eat mana.

Team Work:
To non ranked games team work is good with Morgana.If your team have so much ranged or melees you need snare the enemies to kill more quickly.

Ranked Game Team Work:
To ranked games team work is the most importantly to Morgana.If have mages like Karthus or rangeds like Vayne you need snare and use Tormented Soil under the enemies, if you shot one enemie the rest the mage or the ranged made.

Teleport and Ignite is the summoner spells.
Teleport:
You use to defend or destoy turrets (Friendlys Or Enemies).
Ignite:
You use to kill enemies when they are escaping (Use when they have low health)
