look at the date of the comment. It is not relevant anymore. I use clarity on my build as well now after nerfs.

Sry, pantheon don't have much mana on begin so clarity is good for begin!!

if i would do +1/-1 on this it would be more or less -9 from me.

1. Clarity -1
2. Cripple mastery with no exhaust -1
3. Greed -1
4. 3/3 Good Hands -5
5. EXPENSIVE build -1 (panth rules mid game your items are late game oriented (if you manage to get them!) where panth without defensive item swill be eaten alive. -1

the only + i see here is the skill sequence. I use same one.

-1 for clarity, chalice cheap never need mana again easy as that.... sorry but much better to buy chalice then waste it on clarity

well,this is a strong build, but you need to be good and get alot of kills,because its very expansiv! but anyway.....good build
