i use this build to usually go top or bot with rengar usually bot because ill have my friend supporting me and feeding me the kills that way i can get really fed and get a hold of all my items. If you get fed and u have a blood thurster with boots and necklases early game im talking 20 minutes in the game dont be afraid and start ganking top and mid. Most of you would say that is what a jungler is for and i know but why not spicing it up? I recommend this build you would watch your enemys health drop quaranteed.
