This is my build of Tryndamere I am testing at the moment.

I am trying to make Tryndamere bit stronger for first blood on 3v3 Twisted Treeline (TT).

Thats why I prefer and Critical Chance (CrC) runes. Tryndamere has 34% of CrC with 100% of health at level 1 and it is increasing from his passive Battle Fury additional 4% CrC from each 10% HP missing. Greater Seal of VigorFlat HP regen runes I am chosen only for one reason - don't have other runes that might be better for Tryndamere. And these help a bit to gain health while your Bloodlust ability is low leveled. Cooldown Reduction per level runes are really good on Tryndamere - he can use his Undying Rage more often.

Masteries are quite average, many of summoners use them like this.

About summoner spells - Ghost and Flash for easier escape ability when on Ultimate Undying Rage. Also I am trying to use Ghost on first blood top line solo at TT, for speed and ability to ignore unit collision. I use Flash if my first blood attack went wrong.

My Core item build is at testing, so I change it often. At this stage of testing I am trying to build CrC, a bit of Attack Speed (AS) and as Tryndamere is carry - Attack Damage (AD) Only mid-game/late-game I add more AS and a bit life steal.

You should always use shortcuts with Spinning Slash to move over map quicklier.

When I play pre-made TT with my friends we all take wards and put them like it is on my picture. Always there is ward near Dragon and Lizard (Red). Also if there is possibility we place ward in bushes at the middle - near enemy base (not at bushes near our side)
