Introduction~

Lol, first time making a custom build, hope you like it.

Not much to say but alright shall we begin?

Runes

For runes you gotta try getting AP runes, Mana runes, Magic Penetration runes, and if you dont feel you have enough cooldown reduction (40.00% max.. Or it should be..) Get some runes for that too.

Masteries

For the masteries, your trying to look for something hard and mean, damage wise. If your insecure about dieing quick, try getting some defense masteries to follow that aswell.

Items

Alright, So you see how we have an Archangel Staff Archangel Staff?and a Rabadon's Deathcap? They go GREAT together, as long as you have alot of mana and AP. The fact that we need a Frozen Heart is to prevent AD characters to get to you as fast, and increase your AP by the Archangel Staff Archangel, and Rabadon's Deathcap after. If you feel you shouldn't get one of the items,Nasher's Tooth Nasher's Tooth will help aswell.

FORGOT TO MENTION, GET Philosopher's Stone Philosophers Stone to get more gold after buying boots. Sorcerer's Boots or

Skill Sequence

Alright, Its required to go middle for your own lane, your trying to get the highest level as fast as you can. So what you should do is harass the enemy with Glitterlance, after that you should get Help! Pix to damage some more. Help! Pix is one of the MOST USEFUL SKILL EVER. If there is an enemy with low health and Glitterlance is on cooldown by a few seconds, you should use Help! Pix on an minion, or enemy champion (Or the enemy running) and then once Glitterlance is off cooldown, its best you AIM at the enemy, doesnt matter how far you are, Pix can shoot a bolt aswell, so Pix will be able to get him/her. In late games, you should use Whimsy to escape or to catch up to enemys... - Then you should use Help! Pix on the enemy, then Glitterlance for a 80% chance of hitting, and slowing them down for your self, or an allied can hit them.

Team Work

When in team fights, its recommended that you harass the team by putting Whimsy on you which causes you to go faster and increases your AP. Then hit with a Help! Pix and Glitterlance right after, then it is easier to battle with your team. ALWAYS I mean, ALWAYS Use your ult on the LOWEST HEALTH PLAYER ON YOUR TEAM, And use Help! Pix, and Whimsy to speed them up.
