@complexity: Artificer gives you indeed a nice cooldown reduction for active items, however I find it very rare to have to use actives twice in 1 min since teamfights rarely last that long, and even with 15% CRD it would only be 50s, which is still clearly much more than a teamfight. I would gladly develop what you think I didn't explain enough.

This guide really doesn't seem "in-depth" either. An "in-depth" guide should explain every choice and decision.
