Haha you know, you guys are right about Infuse. The advantage to casting it on yourself before was that it gave you double mana. Now there is definitely no reason to cast it on yourself, unless if you don't have any allies around and need mana. And YES I have considered Lich Bane, I just haven't figured out the best place to put it, nor have I been able to experiment with it yet. Give me time and I plan on trying it out!

That however, I can't honestly agree with. With the changes to her heals sure, Soraka can still be a support, but not a very good one. 20 second cd on astral blessing, and the AP ratios on both heals cut nearly in half. Even with my 40% cd reduction, I still can't consider her a support anymore, because Astral Blessing still has too much of a cd at that point. Also, if you are insisting on making her a support, you will need to build her AP anyway. If you don't want your heals to be ineffective you're going to need LOTS of AP to heal well with the current ratios. To get high AP, you need to farm. So either way, I still think you need to farm as much as you can.

you should cast e on ally or enemy, on yourself only when there is noone else near.

concerning your build: did you consider picking lichbane? as you cast q on high frequence you will have that buff up nearly always. It would deal quite some damage, however Sorakas autoattacks are somehow uncomfortable (long animation till it fires).

Hi, Nice guide! But I noticed that on Wikia, it said that Soraka's infuse gives herself an equal amount of mana if she casts it on allies. Can you confirm that?

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Soraka

(Active): On ally cast: Restores mana to the target and an equal amount to Soraka.

That way she should *always* cast it on an ally :)
