Upgrade Crystal to Sheen and buy +1 Boots.
On B go buy boots according to situation: Ninja Tabi for Melee DD, Sorcerers for heavy CC team and AP Damage oriented, Mercury if you want to do some more damage.
Next time back, go buy Giants Belt and upgrade it to Rylai for Slow on traps and other skills, and a lot of health.
Now the time for Guinsoo Rageblade. Cheap AS+AP+AD. Good item for every game.
End core build by upgrading Sheen to Lich Bane - your main Damage for late.
Optional items are Banshee's Veil because of Spell Block - best against team Karthus, or many combo using casters like Annie
Rabadons Deathcap for best AP boost.
Guardian Angel if you die too much, but you should not be.
Thornmail against all right clickers: Tryn, Yi..
